They are calling for immediate settlement of the arrears, protection of their benefits, recognition for their service, and the payment of vulnerability allowances to all professionals. Additionally, they are demanding improved salary rates, access to free medical treatment for themselves and their families, and the right to permanent residence.
The workers urged the Tigray Health Bureau, the Tigray Interim Administration, and other relevant authorities to take swift action and address their concerns.
